Shilpa daughter of Yohan Raju and Sunitha from Jamgi colony, coming from a poor family. She has two more siblings. Sunitha their mother brought up her children with much difficulty since their father was drinking and whatever he earned would spend only for drinking.
Shilpa was coming to the tuition centre from 5th standard, very studious girl, punctual to the classes, creative in her thinking and she took much interest in her studies in spite of the problems in the family. Carmel Seva Trust took the initiative to help her financially for her studies and paid her fees. In the SSLC she got 98% and gave joy to her parents and also to her teachers. Now she is pursuing her PUC and prepares for the competitive exams. She is grateful for the organisation for helping her to pursue her studies.
Ankitha is a daughter of Late Shadrak and late Kavitha. When she was a small child her father passed away. With much difficulty her mother brought up four children with much care and love with the help of others, and especially through Carmel Seva Trust. In 2021 her beloved mother passed away after undergoing suffering for many months. These children were taken care by the grandmother and Carmel Seva Trust took keen interest in these children and looked after their wellbeing. Because of this the elder daughter finished her PUC and doing her nursing and the second one Ankitha finished PUC and now pursuing her graduation in one of the government colleges. These children are very grateful to the Director and also to Carmel Seva Trust.
