Vermicompost Training: On June 10th, 2024, a training session on vermicomposting was conducted. Mr. Veeresh, an engineer who embarked on this venture out of personal interest, led the training. The session benefited 20 women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in Rasoolabad, Malegaon, and Sultanpur. Each participant was encouraged and honored with a certificate for their involvement.

Income generating activities: The women have successfully cultivated vegetables and flowers in their fields after taking loans from the Self-Help Group (SHG). They are pleased with the harvest they achieved this year. This situation highlights how SHGs can empower individuals, particularly women, by providing access to financial resources and opportunities for agricultural development.
